Account deletion.
You can request deletion through the account controls in the Prisma app. If you cannot access your account, contact the studio from the email address associated with it.
Email an account deletion request ↗
Include your player nickname and account email so we can identify your account. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you. Opening your email app does not submit a request; send the message to contact us.
Before you leave
Account deletion can remove access to saved progress and account features. Read the official account deletion information ↗ and game privacy policy ↗ for details about the data affected.
Any VIP subscription must be cancelled separately in Google Play or the Apple App Store. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
