For missing progress, tell us the account you normally use and your last remembered level. For purchase issues, include the store order reference and purchase date.
If progress looks wrong, contact us before resetting the game or overwriting your cloud save.
VIP subscriptions are managed through the store where you subscribed. On Android, open Google Play and go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting your Prisma account does not cancel a store subscription.

Yes. Prisma is free to download and play. The game contains ads and offers optional purchases, including Gold Bars, boosters and a monthly VIP subscription. Prices and subscription terms are shown in the app store before you pay.
Yes. Choose Play Now to start as a guest. Connect an account when you want cloud saves and online features. Guest progress is stored on your device, so connect your account before changing phones or reinstalling.
You can play campaign puzzles offline. Daily Adventure, competitions, friends, cloud saves and purchases need an internet connection.
The iOS version is coming soon. This page will have an App Store link as soon as it is available.
Connect your Prisma account and let the game sync while you’re online. Sign in with the same account on your new device. If progress looks wrong, contact support before overwriting a save.
